Balloons in blue sky with clouds. Text reads "2025.4 A new version is now available!" on a light blue background. Bright and uplifting mood.

We are excited to announce the release of Quest Analytics version 2025.4. Check out these new features and enhancements direct from our brainstorms and your requests.

1 - New History Logs

✨ Hindsight is 20/20 right? We've added the history log to both appointments and tasks. Now you can have all that rear view knowledge at your fingertips.

2 - Auto Merge

✨ Auto merging of prospects to customers is now available by request after a successful beta with 2 financial institutions. This is a great way to keep your data clean. If you are interested in this, please send an email to our Help Desk.

3 - Updates for Leads / Referrals

✨ When creating a lead or referral, selecting the client and the lead type is now required before the user can proceed to the rest of the form. This allows for a logical form completion order (top to bottom) that allows configurations and customizations to apply correctly.

✨ If you are using the Lead Specialist option for various lead types, you want people to use that assignment option. With this release, this will be the default option if a lead specialist group exists. This should drastically assist users with correctly assigning referrals.

✨ We've added a new widget to user's home pages that shows all unassigned widgets in their branches. This was done to allow people who work leads to have visibility to unassigned leads without the bulk edit permission available from the My Work > Leads page. If you'd like your team or select individuals to assist, please encourage them to add this widget to their home page so they can assign leads to themselves as appropriate.

4 - Event Attendance

✨ For the IQMarketing users out there, we didn't forget about you. Previously, you could invite prospects and customers to Events, but we didn't have a way to indicate attendance. With this release, you can do that either from the prospect or customer or from the event itself. And yes, it's reportable!

If you are a client, access our Product Updates page for detailed release notes on these and other items. If you don't have the password, please contact your Quest Analytics representative or our Help Desk.
