Our first major release of the year is now available. March over to the release notes and let's get you the new new.

1 - IQMarketing now integrates with Mailchimp

We've got a new integration to celebrate! In addition to Constant Contact, Hubspot, and Beavercreek Marketing, you can now integrate your IQMarketing with Mailchimp. Our first client is up and running. Do you want to be next?

2 - New menu navigation

We've improved our menu structure to make jumping from My Work to Manage Work pages quicker. In doing this, we've also placed My Clients on the top row and moved Tasks to a subitem of My Work.

We've been using this new structure ourselves in advance of making the release available. It's a small change with a big impact. It feels just right. Your team, especially those with Manage Work access, are going to love this.

3 - Service ticket status change emails

Tickets! Tickets! Always so many tickets! We know how challenging it can be to stay on top of all the customer service requests and needs. Often a ticket will involve multiple people and you want to make sure everyone is on the same page.

In the past, we sent an email when service tickets were closed. Based on your requests, an email will deliver to the creator and assignee of any ticket as it changes to other statuses (like on hold). Users will not be notified of changes they make. If you are assigning a ticket and don't want to get these notifications, then just uncheck the notification box.

We hope this enhancement helps your call center and customer support teams get the info they want as it happens.

4 - IQCollections case enhancements

Name and account level alerts are now in IQCollections cases. You can use this to map in collateral or other data from your core. You can also create and maintain them directly in the CRM. They include expiration dates so you can keep time sensitive items from getting stale.

We've added more granular permission controls within IQCollections for editing and deleting own or others activity. With the new permissions available, you have the flexibility you need to manage IQCollections security your way - open team approach or a full individual lockdown.

We've added the ability to toggle your collections cases between the first 3 owners. Easily switch between these owners depending on who you are interacting with. This will also allow population of forms based on the selected account owner. (If you have the toolbar - it's like that.)

Banks and credit unions that have a lot of custom fields in their collections cases will love this new feature. We now have grouping available so you can organize them in your own logical way. Can't wait for you to try this one out. By default, all custom fields will be in one group. If you want to configure this, just let us know.

5 - Notes now have history log

Notes were feeling left out, so we gave them a history as well. You can see the original categories, reasons, and note description as well as any subsequent changes.
