Don't be scared of this one! Check out these release highlights available with this release.

1 - Admin Activity added to Audit Log

The Customer Data Access log as been renamed to Audit Log as it now returns more info. Admin activity related to changing user's permissions, roles, etc will now be included.


2 - New View for Pipeline Activities

With our IQProspects module, you've always been able to report on pipeline workflows. Now you can report on the specific activities within those workflows. Curious about the status of all Loan Approvals across the system? Check out the new view to get really granular on the status and details of specific stages or activities across all of your pipelines.


Bonus enhancement: Bulk upload and download of pipeline documents made it into this release!


3 - Instructions for creators of referral leads and service tickets

We understand the challenges that come with keeping your staff trained, on the same page, and working together as a team - especially when there is high turnover. We've added a new feature for your admins to turn on as needed for providing instructions to the person creating a referral lead or service ticket. These standard instructions are entered in admin on the referral and service ticket types that need them. Help your team create better quality referrals and service tickets with these standard instructions.


4 - Top 10% filter

With our IQMarketing module, you will get a new filter on most reporting views. Every day we will identify who the top 10% of your customers are based on relationship size (deposits and loans included). When you run various reporting views, you can limit the results to those Top 10% identified names that meet your other filter criteria. This is a new beta feature, so if you want to take advantage of it, please discuss with your upgrade contact or contact our Help Desk.
