Check out these release highlights with our new version available this month.
1 - Calendar
The user's calendar will now show more than just appointments. Date related items for leads, pipelines, tasks, and collections cases will now show on the calendar as well.
2 - Connections reporting
Connections has been a very popular feature since introduced in 2022. As of this release, you now have access to reporting on all the Connections you and your team have added. The view has lots of group and subgroup options.
3 - In the market
There was a strong focus on IQMarketing in this release.
Admins can import activity for the customer's activity history. You control the details whether it's a flyer, postcard, or some other marketing contact.
We added run icons on Exports so you can get straight to the data.
You can now link other CRM names as referral or pipeline sources. This info is also available on the source's name and in reporting.
We are continuing to expand the filters offered when creating email lists, appointment campaigns, and exports.
Goal and success data have been added to email marketing for your email campaigns.
We've added support for Do Not Email so you can manage your unsubscribed customers.
Admins can add email templates to assist users in sending common emails with some marketing approved language.
