In the season of giving, we have some treats for you.
1 - New Home Page
We redesigned our platform about 2 years ago bringing an overall new look, new organization, and lots of new features. Our home page widgets have been mostly unchanged during that time in terms of content.
All that changes with this release. The home page is now split into widgets that pertain to the user's own activity and if access is granted, a manager page with the manager widgets. More data is available along with drilldown and jump to item across all new widgets where applicable.
This is a big change but one that your users should take to easily. Our beta client feedback has been very positive! We've included an intro video on the new home page benefits within the release notes. We will make this video available to all financial institutions who upgrade so you can share with your team.
2 - New view grouping and sub-grouping by month
In our report views, we've added a new group/sub-group option for Date by Month. Sometimes sort isn't quite enough. Now you can run your views and see the appointments, notes, pipelines, etc grouped by the month in chronological order.
3 - New user notification preference
Occasionally a user may get added to an appointment someone else created, whether as primary or alternate officer. In case a meeting appointment isn't created (by our Outlook integration or by the other person), we've added a new Notification Preference for this scenario.
