We are excited to have Natalie join our team focusing on relationship and upgrade management.

Natalie has an extensive background in banking operations, CRM, client services, and training. Natalie previously worked for Morneau Shepell and Fiserv. After many years working with project management teams across multiple products, we are thrilled that she will be providing her leadership and expertise to our bank and credit union clients.

When Natalie is not working, she can be found cooking for her family, planning their weddings, and babysitting her grandson. With six grown children, there is always plenty to do and quality family time to enjoy!

We are very excited to have Natalie as our newest team member.
