We’re celebrating the one-year anniversary of our redesigned interface. It’s shoutout time to my team for the hard work they have been doing on our CRM for community banks and credit unions. You have all come together to create something truly amazing. I’m proud of where we are and looking forward to where we are going.
You’ve gone above and beyond what was expected, staying late nights when needed and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. What we’ve done was built on the collaboration within our team and with our clients.
Each of you comes from various backgrounds and experiences – an asset which brings diversity and fresh perspectives to our projects. With these qualities woven together, we can continue creating amazing results and move forward towards success.
Your investment in our workplace as a team is motivating. Last fall we got a little too competitive at our company picnic with corn hole, badminton, and bocce ball brackets. Everyone was a winner in trash talking. We recently wrapped up our fantasy football competition and have switched gears to a “walk about” challenge. A few minutes outside refreshes us so that we can come back to our desks feeling focused and ready to tackle the rest of the day's work.
