We are excited to announce the release of Quest Analytics Version 2025.1, packed with new features and enhancements designed to improve your experience and efficiency.
1 - Alerts
Do any of our legacy clients remember our old alerts feature? Well it's back but unrecognizable (in a good way)! With this version, you can now add alerts at the name level to any customer, prospect, or suspect. The alerts can be categorized, set to expire, and the user can kick off immediate notification to email distribution groups. As you create CRM activities, you'll be notified of any present alerts.

2 - Link to CRM name or service ticket
We are expanding our @ tagging of employees to include tagging for customers, prospects, or suspects. If you are creating a note for Beck but need to tag another customer who was affected or involved, now you can. This will provide a hyperlink to jump to the other name and also include it on the other name's activity history.
In this example, the note was created on Beck Atlas and Wilson Atlas is tagged. The note can be accessed from either profile.

You can also reference other service tickets by tagging if you need to relate an item to a previous ticket.
3 - Call for beta clients!
We have 3 features that we would like to test with a beta client. If any of these pique your curiosity, please contact us via the Help Desk.
