Quest Analytics | 2024.3 | A new version is now available!

We are excited to announce the release of Quest Analytics Version 2024.3, packed with new features and enhancements designed to improve your experience and efficiency. Here’s an overview of selected new features:


1 - Vertical IQ Integration

We’ve integrated with Vertical IQ to bring you enhanced data and insights with industry data and Role Based Prep Sheets in the CRM. If you are already a Vertical IQ client, we will reach out to you to set this up.


If you aren't a Vertical IQ client and are interested in what they offer, schedule a 30 minute call with Kraig Nellis. Learn more about this partnership integration in your CRM and what industry data can do for you.


Vertical IQ tab populated with Boat Building data. There are 3 sections> QuickView, Call Prep Questions, and Cash Management Challenges. 2 buttons can open a Role Based Prep Sheet or take you to Vertical IQ's website.

2 - Data Quality Alert View

Easily monitor and report on Data Quality Alerts with our new dedicated view. This view will allow you to track employee responses to Data Quality Alerts in the Teller Referral Assistant toolbar.

 

  1. With a web app CRM upgrade only, you can report on user actions of Data Validated and Data Updated.

  2. If you would also like to report on No Action and Viewed, a Teller Referral Assistant toolbar upgrade can be provided. All No Action and Viewed data will be available from the time of the toolbar upgrade forward.


3 - Tasks View

Stay organized with the new task view, which provides a comprehensive overview of all tasks and deadlines enterprise wide.


4 - Lead Performance Report

This new report is based on our legacy report Lead Performance and Lead Summary. Evaluate and analyze lead performance at the Summary level. This report will offer deeper insights to individual and team stats so you can provide better feedback and oversight.
