Check out these release highlights with our new version available this month.

1 - Subtle but significant

We are making a variety of more subtle UX improvements to improve your day to day experience of the product. These are subtle changes to how dropdowns and filters work that remove minor friction points. It's not splashy but the little things sometimes actually are the big things.

2 - Data is key

Statistics have been added to our leads page for managers. These key stats will help you support your team. This is one of the many items in our 2023 dashboarding initiative.

3 - IQService custom fields

Last month we introduced custom fields on tickets in the browser. This month you can limit the fields to only show for specific category and reasons.

4 - Calling campaigns

The biggest change this month is for users who create calling campaigns available with IQProspects and IQMarketing modules. We've added a different assignment method so you can quickly power through assignments on larger campaigns.
