I'm back again with a new release update. In keeping with our goal of providing a CRM for community banks and credit unions designed around your unique needs, I'm highlighting 3 enhancements in this month's release that have been popular requests.
1 - Lead the way
System generated leads can now come with automatic additional talking points. Add Security and Cost Savings to your Missing eStatement lead. For Onboarding Leads, you can add verification reminders like OFAC, Signature Card, or other items your team might need to track for various reasons.
Have you ever created a referral and then wanted to change the type later? Upgrade now and you've got it..
2 - Reporting improvements
Our View approach continues to be very popular. We're adding additional filters, columns, and group/subgroup options most releases. This month is no exception.
3 - IQCollections enhancements
On the IQCollections side, we're fine tuning some items based on user feedback. If you already have the CRM, bring Collections into the fold and take advantage of the expanded customer view.
The case history now was more data to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
Account numbers are present in hyperlinks to other open cases.
General note documentation in cases has been made easier with one-click access.
